personally i don't think there's anything wrong with being on that damn phone but ofc if it is bothering you or preventing you from engaging in other things you want to be doing then i support your detox. tbh i'm glad you were able to be kind to yourself last year and that your struggles didn't hit you as hard as they have in the past, that's definitely a sign of growth and i was happy to see you happy and hope to see you happier in the years to come!!
