omg this is actually making me want to read the price of salt. i'd never even seen the movie (SORRY LESBIANS, i know i'm letting the culture down but i just never really got around to it) and i kinda didn't buy into much of the hype around it which essentially boiled down to the harold they're lesbians meme... so no one ever told me about the mind games and psychological issues, which i would have been wayyyyy more sold on obviously. also As You Are Painfully Aware, i too am an age gap enthusiast so like... 💆♀️
